I am so excited to be working with my author friend, Jessie Rose at Black Summer Press, to be presenting this charity book fest on 4/19/2025!
Join us on April 19, 2025, at The Final Girl a horror themed bar in Kenosha, Wisconsin, for a day of horror, books, and community. This event benefits Lgbtq+ Center Lake County and is dedicated to celebrating diverse voices in horror!
In times like these, Jessie and I are working to uplift our community and continue to celebrate the different voices within in. We are living in a time where our collective history is being hidden, and books both digital and physical are being burned. Forever erased from existence.
We continue our efforts to promote safe, inclusive spaces that everyone can be their most authentic selves. That their work has value and space. It is important to share these unique stories because they tell us more about how we are alike than how we are different.
Jessie and I are also working with a community organization that continues to put in the hard work of creating space in our local community for LGBTQ+ folx to thrive.
